U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico are permitted to enter the country on the day of passport expiration
as long as the arrival time to their destination is before 2359. If there is a flight delay that would
cause the PAX to arrive after 2359 on the date of expiration, they will not be permitted to travel.
Also, remind the PAX that they must have a new passport in order to return to the USA via air travel;
otherwise, they must return via land and cross the USA/MEX border.
